We find that some process servers have many years of experience while other process servers have a little experience repeated many times. No process server can serve papers on a full time basis and expect to keep up with the rules and nuances of inter-jurisdictional service without a dedicated research and support staff. We provide that backup and support. We check the rules, verify addresses, run tags and make pretext calls as you need it, when you need it... on the job. Additionally, we prepare all proofs of service compliant with the rules of original jurisdiction for your signature .

We require two levels of service: Routine (first attempt within 2 days and a minimum of 3 service attempts within 5 business days) and ASAP (first attempt immediately with urgently repeated attempts). The ideal candidate has an intimate, personal knowledge of the community and the routines of its inhabitants; the ability, creativity and commitment to keep trying where others would give up; someone who isn't satisfied with just getting the job done, but getting it done just right; a professional who puts accountability above all else.
Servers are responsible for intensive serves in at least one zip code. We require current updates provided by phone, fax or e-mail. In return, you can expect advance payment with order and legendary service support with a team of expediters just a toll-free call away, always ready to assist you.
